Valentine and Therapy Dog Training

Valentine is a three month old rescue dog. She is also disabled. Valentine has a foot that was broken and never healed properly. She is owned by Kim Colletto who is also the Director of the Healing Hearts Foundation… a wonderful organization that provides social and recreational activities for special needs and disabled children. Kim thought it would be a great idea using a a dog with special needs to help kids with special needs. This video shows the beginning of the story. If all goes well, Valentine and Kim will earn their therapy dog certification by Valentines Day. Smiling Dog is proud to be associated with this project.
